Pros

Work-Life Balance and flexibility of start time were great.

Cons

Dated Technology, and Work Culture. Can be a boys club. Many legacy employees weren't willing to adapt to new ideas.

Pros

funky building design is easy on the eyes. Free Food.

Cons

Expect to work yourself to death while looking at the skittles-colored terminal at 1AM on saturday morning with client on the phone. No one is working TOGETHER but just tries to keep up with their ticket queue. No work life balance or opportunity to move up. What you are hired to do will be the only thing you'll see there. Everything is compartmentalized.
