      - Hourly wage, paid overtime.

      Cons

      - Working on legacy platforms with no added values. - Management is broken, without any ability to conduct long term projects. - Arbitrary company-wide paycuts. - Several massive layoffs in my 2 years there.

      It is a great place for people looking for a new challenge and, indeed it is well paid for the geographical location.

      Cons

      It is a private company and some of the decision made by the management are a a little bit questionable.
