It’s a great place to work. Most of the senior staff is super knowledgeable and willing to help.
Cons
Bluberi promotes almost exclusively from without, rarely does someone promote too far up at all and be willing to travel with zero notice and constant changes being rolled out that aren’t fully functional or well thought out. Experience doesn’t count for anything at all when put up against the resume of an outside party that belongs to someone whom a member of the management team has worked with before, no matter what the roll is.
