      Pros

      -Consistent hours if weather is good -Very active, lots of movement (no lifting) -Work with a team, not alone -Pay is competitive for the area/hours, but on the low end for what Blue Beacon normally pays.

      Cons

      -Loud/wet environment -Very strict with company policy -Corporate is out of touch and micromanages its locations (if you stay entry level, this won’t bother you much)

      Women dont get treated the same as the men, they dont get the same training, support, opportunities for advancement, hours, treatment, positive company morale environment, communication, respect.
