Pros

The employees have to be the most rewarding part of the job. Working in a team environment can be fun and you get free car washes.

Cons

Really high turnover means that you will be repeating steps over and over and over. Growth can be frustrating as HO is looking for a yes man and not any new fresh ideas. Salary is only marginally compensated in regards to location. Employees in Nebraska can own a home on hourly pay, managers in high cost locations can barley afford rent on their salaries.

The work isn't stressful and the team is enjoyable to be around resulting in great days at work. The pay is decent per hour at 18.95 an hour after one month of employment.

Cons

Hard to get your full 40 hours a week currently so not making much money.
