Pros

Customers can be amazing. You get to know them. The staff is family. Management always has your back. (Within reason).

Cons

Every once in a while you’ll get a driver that’s on one. And they’re completely rude and yell at you. Or inappropriate but you either brush it off or get a manager if they make you uncomfortable. Management is really good at handling those types of situations.

Good physical work, an environment to grow up the ranks, and pretty good pay.

Cons

Can be pretty tricky to start with the pressure washer without prior experience.

Simple to pick up. You know what to expect everyday.

Cons

Hard work (you do get more use to it after a week though), Fast paced, Loud, Dirty, Strict Policies, Constantly on your feet, Uniforms are hardly provided, Not worth the mediocre pay
