      Pros

      Unless you like being underpaid and leaving work soaking wet, there are no pros to this job. Flexible hours pending on management. Honestly learn stocks, options and crypto and you can make 5 beacon checks a week from your house.

      Cons

      Some truck drivers are cool some can be ridiculously picky and make you do things quite literally above your pay grade. When people call out job becomes longer and longer. Pay should be starting $20 an hour plus.

      You have a job and get paid.

      Blue Beacon can't keep employees is because of call back if it's slow or raining. The employee is required to call in every couple of hours. Occasionally they'll tell employees to take the day. Obviously, if your not working, your not getting paid. Also, the bookkeeper is asked to get supplies, motors, do the banking, you name it. A person I know extremely well had to drive over 120 miles in one day. Gas and wear and tear of her vehicle out of her pocket. They will not pay for her fuel. At $3.00 a gallon, that's $18.00 out of her pocket just that day alone. 6 days a week adds up. It's a thankless job, and isn't fair, but she needs be
