Good entry level job for someone who doesn't mind physical work.

Cons

Opportunity to move up can be limited and I've experienced a lot of nepotism. Hours fluctuate dramatically as the seasons change and lack of hours is why lots of people end up quitting regardless of good hourly pay rate.
