Pros

Fun environment if you like teamwork but be ready to work hard. The efficiency setup they have is pretty hard to surpass even with a good team

Cons

The company seems they cant afford to allow an extra 2 minutes to do any extra work that may need done on some washes. And dealing with some ofthe truck drivers

Hard work lots of fun. Often told to keep each other motivated and that leads to fun on its own. Great job security. Great management

Cons

The pay for the work is dreadful and a constantly changing work procedure doesn't help speed.
