Pros

Decent company overall. Treats employees decent enough and the pay is average. Hours requirements for management is okay.

Cons

Benefits are below average, schedule for managers is on a. Rotation of opens, mid shifts, and closes, which is fair, but hard for people looking for consistency. Company is very secretive and protective. If you are a manager you have to sign a non-compete clause barring you from working for another car wash for at least 2 years. Home office plays favorites so much so that they don’t even do interviews for openings, they just hire who ever they like, which restricts upward mobility.
