Pros

Great starting hourly wage, team atmosphere, exercise, solid hours if you're committed, weekly paycheck, opportunities to bonus daily, location management cares about their team

Cons

Getting wet, loud environment, rainy weather may end up cutting your weekly hours. If you don't apply yourself you won't get far. Leadership is content with leaving you in the starting position of you don't show integrity and ambition.

They buy the whole shift lunch if you work Sunday. Not much else is a pro for this job, it's trash.

Cons

One actual day off, the other day you have to call in and get permission to take the day off. One 30 minute break.

There are awesome benefits. They are a close team. Very laid back job. There is room for raises. Fast paced company most of the time.

Cons

Very slow when it rains. Favoritism when it comes to promotion/hiring. Nothing is confidential.
