      Pros

      I worked remotely and felt like no one was breathing down my neck. Freedom to work the route the way I wanted to work it, so long as it got done. Trucks were well maintained and anything I brought up got addressed quickly. Good management. Free ice cream!

      Cons

      Early starts. Split days off (Wednesdays and Sundays). Some people in the back of stores are downright miserable to deal with and it gets a bit soul crushing. Pay could be better, although this did show signs of improving when I was on my way out.
