      There was no real positives from my experience.

      Cons

      Very low pay, discouraged even taking a lunch break when working shift despite it being a basic working right, overworked/unorganized, and micromangement. I was lied to about my pay, treated like a 16year old (twice that age), not trusted even though there was no reason to do so, they treat drivers like they are the only ones in the company that matter, had to pay for a uniform, overworked and unorganized management.

      Great medical insurance. 2 amazing TM's, hard working route drivers and shipping crew!

      Cons

      No training whatsoever 👉🏼 no management skills on the office manager or communication... Just always in a bad mood first thing in the morning went personal problems bringing to work.

      8-5 Good time off Benefits Make own decisions Interacting with new people everyday Great sales and operations job

      Cons

      Taxed a wheel tax for driving a company car back and forth to work. Really makes the pay low, especially when the employees that you are the manager over are making thousands more a year. No commission or incentive to pick up new business.
