Family First Company. Few to no layoffs in history. Great Benefits. Ricky Dickson (CEO) is amazing. Prior CEO was not.

Cons

Salaries are a joke. Everyone that hasn't been in the company since 1980 is underpaid. Stock options are gone. Regularly work weekends unpaid.

Pros

Most of the time you can get off if you need to be. You don’t always have to work weekends.

Cons

They pay new people(that know nothing at all) more than their current employees to start out. There is ZERO accountability for things that are done wrong. Production is absolutely horribly ran. Too much family and friends. No such thing as “equal opportunity”.
