Company culture was lethargic. Family owned company without much direction for growth. Bad stigma because of recall years ago.

Family like atmosphere, work on your own, people love us, though not like it used to be but Christmas bonus, managers have great relationships with staff

Cons

Poor communication, Pay could be better, required to load your truck after long day, no employee portal to keep up with your status of benefits, cave in when stores ask for credit, low overtime pay

Flexible schedule, family friendly, my insurance is free, good work load, love my department, 401K match, pension, helps me provide for my family

Cons

NO employee incentive to do the right thing, lots of people still around with the old mentality, job openings aren't posted to employees, you CAN'T transfer departments(you would have to quit and re-apply, how crazy is that), people do what they want, little to no recognition, we DO NOT eat all we want and sell the rest(old Blue Bell did), they want you to do the same job for your career(happens more than not), NO thinking outside the box
