The pay is OK. But it is not what you get for your hard work.

Cons

Horrible, The worse workplace in my life. They asked you to work overtime but never pay OT. The manager is bad and rude. Continue pushing you to finish your work and assign more, but when you ask for a day off it is hard to get approval.

I worked on client site and had a great relationship with my manager. The upper management was open to business ideas and accommodating an out of cycle raise.

Cons

The overall benefits package could be improved. More paid time off and a better 401K.
