Salary increases are hard to come by

I worked at Alexandria on site for one there clients. The first day was terrible. They wanted me to understand 10 different sites they have for maintain one for blue canopy and one for the client. Too much is expected in too little time. Once I took the opportunity I saw couple of people in the team left. They have lot of sense less work to be done with little time. Everything is a emergency and people are always in a rush to get things done. They assigned too much of work. It didn't took me too much time to find another job.
