Pros

Great, I mean great!!! Holiday parties. Reasonable benefits and regular check-ins with management. Even though this was a contract for a Federal agency, I felt well taken care of. Tuition reimbursement and training reimbursement were really helpful in propelling my career. I received a competing offer for another contract and they actually beat the offer to retain me.

Cons

While you might work at Blue Canopy, you are often times a contract for a Federal Agency. Contacts can end with little warning and a contractor can be let go for any reason. The bonus structure that was indicated wasn't exactly followed. Paychecks only come once per month. It takes some getting used to.

Good group of people on the CMS SCA project. Management was willing to work with individuals to help them succeed. Good benefits.

Cons

No consistency between different projects.
