Pros

Decent benefits, office shut down during winter, great training. Employees overall tend to stay at the company which they are making strides to change for the better. Opportunity to rotate to other roles throughout the company.

Cons

Company culture does not resonate with individual team environments. Forced rotations and unevenly distributed work-loads with politics rotting team morale. Manager's mistakes and complete disregard for confidentiality is barely given a glance or consequences. No upward rating of managers' performances. No stock options or EESP offered.

Pros

Company went out of its way to organize team building activities. Break rooms were decent. Offers a successful product that is in demand.

Cons

No opportunities to move up the company. Thoma Bravo acquisition of the company caused for a lot of good people to leave. Refused to back fill position to pursue consolidation of the company. Nepitism was common. I witnessed spouses, siblings and cousins brought in by management.

Good salary, flexible work schedule. Managers are very friendly. Good work life balance.

Cons

Lot of inefficient people. Top Managers don't care about the company, they just want their "OWN PEOPLE" to make money. Lot of people laid off each quarter. No appreciation for the hard workers. Everybody gets same performance review unless they are "OWN PEOPLE"
