Great leadership potential with senior management. Also, the review process is great and allows for employees to participate and actually agree with the reviews given by the manager.

Cons

Company needs a mentoring program to develop more talent within the company structure. This will help with the retention issues.

Good ol boys club - if you're not part of the old McAfee click, you most likely won't get promoted. In fact, there's a good chance you get blown out if they have a friend of theirs that wants a job in your territory.
