Cons

- Not a whole lot of training provided for SEs - Abysmal technical resources available to SEs - Management more interested in developing sales training to SEs rather than technical training - Extremely poor feature request process

the reason i like working in bluecoat are it has a very good environment to work with and good technology stack.

Cons

the things that i don't like about my job at blue coat is Long commute and with traffic it will take more than 2 hours.Recently company acquasition.

nice technologies they own. wan optimization is really good. but the sales are really bad with no reason.

Cons

bad management. so many org changes often making employess worry all the time. No vision for the management.
