Nothing great which i can think of but the products are good but in India office there is a lot of dependency and the environment is all chaotic .

Cons

Lot of favouritism going on in the new development centre . Rare chance of growth , lot of politics . BC has offloaded all junk work to India dev centre and there is a lack of expertise with this new dev centre
