decent benefits free sodas, bagels and donuts The salaries are competitive as far as I can tell in the industry

Cons

the culture is terrible, unless you like a culture where there is no respect for the employees Senior management lives in a vacuum, especially sales management

Management does not seem to have a clear direction as to where the company should go. Decisions are made hastily. EVERYTHING is a priority... Hurry up, hurry up and then wait as everything takes forever to get done. Wasted money on many useless and low priority projects that don't even get completed.
