Pros

Used to be good money, they have since made it where you'll make half of what you used to by doing more work.

Cons

Continues invmcrease in hours, scope of work constantly changing, hire people for titles that can't do their job, pay gets worse ans worse as their expectations of you constantly increase.

Great pay for top performers. Health, Vision, Dental, Life, short and long term disability available. 401k available. Top of the line products.

Cons

Cash deals affect pay. High Expectations. Winters can be tough, but spring and summer are really good.
