Pros
I’ve gotten a lot of support from management and have made some good money. The company is working hard to build a better brand. Work life balance is what you make it in sales, I’m allowed the flexible to work or take time off as needed. Long hours, but flexible if needed.
Cons
Terrible racial diversity and the industry has a lot of bad habits that are discriminatory to women. These are industry issues, really, but blue compass does not stand apart in these. They’re bad enough I told my minority friend to not apply, because it wouldn’t be a safe environment for her. I’ve had to fight hard to be treated with respect from my peers and have that expectation enforced. 401K matching is a bare minimum expectation, and there is none, health care is not great.
