There are always growing pains in companies moving this fast, but I don't see this as a "con".

Constant change in pay and commissions/bonus structure which was the majority of the pay made it hard to know how much you could expect to make and constant changes in mid/upper management made it difficult to know what was expected and when as it was always changing. Hidden agendas and targets. No consultation or consideration given for improvement. Shady under the table agreements/ deals. No room for growth due to “buddy buddy” hand shakes.
