Pros
- Good camaraderie between employees. - You can bring your dog to work. - Good work/life balance. - Fair benefits. - Relaxed dress code. - Customer service and installers have a great rapport with the user base. - Good place to gain experience in customer service.
Cons
- Expectations of management can be unclear. - Lack of positive reinforcement. - Bad QA leads to confusion and issues with releases. - Lots of hiring and firing, like a revolving door. - Performance reviews are rarely on time. - Management can be unprofessional at times. - Pay is not competitive, and most people don't have a clear career path.

Pros
- Casual Dress Code - Some opportunities to work from home (for the right people) - Different Types of Positions: Customer Service, Installer/Trainer, Programmers- - Wonderful co-workers - Good compensation, raises and bonuses to those that work hard and deserve it - Good benefits (much higher employer contribution to insurance than most companies offer) - Get to work with different customers on a daily basis - Very busy office so little chance of being bored - Management is very approachable, flexible and willing to work with you when company or personal issues arise
Cons
None! I've been here for over 7 years and anytime there is something that has come up which could be a "con" management has worked to find the best solution for everyone.
