Pros

Working here has been a great experience for me. The atmosphere and people are great. Everyone here always takes the time to help one another out. It is a wonderful software that really benefits our customers in running their business.

Cons

There is a learning curve to the software and a lot of moving parts that you are expected to pick up on rather quickly which can be difficult, especially without any industry experience.

Pros

Blue Cow is fantastic to work for! It's a very casual atmosphere and easy to adapt to. We are an extremely busy and continuously growing company. Co-Workers are fantastic and definitely team oriented. Management does it's part to stay involved when necessary and give you space to work independently as well. You will be compensated accordingly based on the effort you put forward (this includes annual reviews/raises and bonuses) and the benefits package seems above average.

Cons

Can honestly say I don't really have any "cons" to point out about the company. The only negatives would be the "standard" company issues that everyone else has. But, at Blue Cow if you have an issue and approach management with it they will work with you to find a solution.

Pros

Great place to work - opportunity to learn and stay on the cutting edge of trends and technology. Management Willing to listen and be open to new ideas and fresh approaches. Not afraid of change and going forward. Company is experiencing some growth and adding new hires.

Cons

Not a negative, but a positive - Learning together as we go along from a small company to a mid-sized company. Developing new policies, communication and procedures to improve systems, in order to accommodate customer growth.
