      1. Very Very beaurocratic 2. Very complex structured organization 3. Senior Management is very conservative and not want to change at all. 4. Senior Leadership does not take any responsibility and accountability. 5. Lots of cooks in the kitchen. 6. Each senior manger has his/her pets and the pets by default gets all the benefits, recognition, promotion etc. 7. Too much time is taken for unneccessary things in a project rather then what customer wants. 8. Apart from Customer priroity, imporatnce is given to rest all issues/topics
