Co-workers are cool sometimes, location is nice, great discounts and benefits

Cons

Shady business tactics-anything for the sale metrics causes sellers to commit fraud or omit information, upper management is snarky and immature, the push for sales doesn't combine well with new locked commissions (3 levels of commission first 2 levels don't pay well)

Cons

Hourly rate was low, commission targets moved in December, no holiday pay, did away with Christmas bonus, no loyalty for tenured workers , leadership was incompetent and slow to react
