Cons

Low pay-we have had pay cut after pay cut since they bought us out. Micromanagement-they basically want you to log everything you do and want us to wait for upper management to remotely tell us how to handle everything. I and many of us went from 1200 commission on average to between 0-600-if you are part time or wanting to leave fast food it may be the job for you but you’d probably make more being a sandwich artist.

Good environment, decent people mostly calm

Cons

The pay, they act like you can make 2-5k a month in commission but you never will, don't count on getting paid more then minimum wage.
