Commissions are very hard to attain - less than 30 percent of employees are making commissions

Probably a good job if you are young & getting started in the workforce/ have few to no sales skills acquired yet. Good building block.

Cons

Seems to change pay structure to benefit upper management & the company more than the seller. Or as if they’re trying to recomp from a loss. Very discouraging for veteran sellers used to certain compensation.
