The pay is okay and the work environment is pretty relaxed.

Cons

It’s a bit of a tough situation with no pay raises, making it hard to keep everyone happy, and the employee value feels a bit off. Plus, the sellers who don’t hit their quotas get a bit of a hard time, and things seem a bit disorganized.
