Pros

I have no pros whatsoever

Cons

They take money out of your commission penalizing things that they informed you to do. They consistently lower the commission plan, which in turn lowers your motivation to sell. $2 for 1 phone is ridiculous when it used to be $8. When you bring them an issue professionally they respond in the most unprofessional way. For example "to bad so sad that's not the policy" even though it was something they themselves told you to do.

Pros

Decent workers, far better than they deserve actually

Cons

They promised "good commission" and for awhile it was, only for them to widdle away at it piece by piece. Employees are always the first to suffer while the millionaire huckster in California makes millions. They lock your commission by ever-increasing sales goals and then blame you for "being lazy" if you don't make them. They expect you to upsell a bunch to make them money while giving you no return on it. They essentially axed my monthly paychecks in half. They are also the cheapest company I've ever worked for. They won't spring for plastic silverware or paper plates for their employees' break room. They encourage smarmy, huckster practices and straight up lie to customers. They encourage fraud and allow all manner of lowlifes in their stores as a result, no matter how uncomfortable they make their employees.
