Potential for growth is the strength of this company. Because it is a start up if you show potential you will be advanced quickly no matter your background.

Cons

The work environment is chaotic and store leaders have an array of issues to deal with well outside of their control. Staffing is horrendous, you will be working alone no matter how many times you are told that won't happen. You will be responsible for being a sales associate while working alone and training new employees that inevitably don't stay and so you get to restart.
