Excellent pay for managers and good commission structure for leaders/reps.

Cons

HR will not defend you (in my case) can’t speak for everybody, if you get scammed or tricked by a customer who intentionally lies about a situation to get you in trouble.

Coworkers are great otherwise that's it.

Cons

Commission structure is very bad, either you get paid hourly or commission check if it's greater than hourly. Very hard to earn in a slower store and very limited.
