BLW is a newer company and still working out the kinks, but when they say they are working on improving things, they are! From the CEO down, every Corporate position is working to improve and streamline all processes from A-Z to create and maintain a positive Employee Experience. A few of the Pros I have personally experienced so far are: Teamwork, Great co-workers, Benefits, Competitive Pay, Respectful and Appreciative Senior Leadership and forming relationships with the field associates. The leaders I work with are working hard to re-vamp and deploy the best of practices.
