Pros

Blue started as a scrappy R&D house that solved the complex problem of propulsively landing rockets. It's growing into a more mature aerospace company with cultural mixing of employees from old Space, new space, aviation, and tech. It has an advantage unlike many other aerospace companies to be the vehicle integrator, while simultaneously also the primary system supplier unlike the big Aviation OEM up the road. Seattle is also a great place to call home. Come solve complex problems with us and help us make space accessible to all.

Cons

A company that starts off as R&D and pivots to safety critical has to learn how to develop its processes to be robust. Blue borrows heavily from highly refined aviation processes, but culture change is challenging.

Pros

Exciting projects, of course, if you're into space ...

Cons

Poor compensation, problematic leadership, not really hit its stride yet ...
