      The worst supply chain ever. Completely incompetent and impossible to get anything done quickly. Lots of red tape that didn’t exist when I first joined

      Very hands on. On the RnD side, you’ll be very involved in each aspect of the design lifecycle. Analysis, design, manufacturing, machining, assembly, testing, and project management are all under your belt.
