Business Outlook
Pros
Starting salary is good, definitely negotiate as high as you can because the raises are not great. Benefits are pretty good, but somewhat standard Work/Life balance is great
Cons
Management is spread very thin on the lowest level so it's hard to get one on one time with a manager. Too much upper management Little incentive to perform at a high capacity (raises seem to be pretty flat across the board)
