Business Outlook
Pros
Money money money. You get paid a lot, bonuses are large. There's decently stocked kitchens all over the place and the parties are pretty lit.
Cons
Leadership aways sways to the whims of Bezos, who thinks if it works for Amazon, it works for Blue Origin. People are so in love with that massive paycheck, they give up a lot of integrity and work/life balance. It deeply bothered me that, in my late 40s, I was the oldest engineer on my program.
