Terrible upper management. Totally out of touch with lower teams. A lot of process heavy development rules.

You’re not explicitly asked to work more than 40 hours a week but everyone does because there’s so much work to do. Incompetent employees do not get cautioned or fired, so the competent ones just have to work around their stumbling. This might be dependent on what group you’re in but many of the ones I’ve been in or interacted with are similar in this. Many people left while I was there and most of them were quite talented
