      Great team, lots of collaboration. Everyone in my group was always helpful, Opportunities to move up in the role or move within the company. You get out what you put in.

      Low base pay compared to similar fields. Performance reviews not just dependent on performance, they are also dependent on available budget for your team.

      Pros

      The Amazonification of Blue is in full swing so, if you would like to spend all of your time at work and not with family, this is the perfect place for you. You can say that you are not going to see your kids school event because you are working for the benefit of earth.

      Cons

      No free boxes to put your things from your desk in when you get layed off. Mangers are trying to save their job so they are too busy to back you up with escalations or support your professional development.
