Dream job to work on a never-been-done before mission of sending millions of people to live and work in space.

Cons

Passive aggressive "leadership". Communication only occurs through the rumor mill rather than from leadership. Leadership will smile in your face and shake their heads in violent agreement to only turn coat once your back is turned and go in the total opposite direction. They don't value true input if it offends their ego.

Pros

Pay is very competitive, but work load is also very high. Many high pressure situations could have been mitigated by better planning. Good place as a stepping stone into something else, growth long term is limited.

Cons

Management is constantly pivoting direction, promotions are nearly non existent and very competitive, has recently adopted Amazon tactics of laying off after milestones are complete. Management would rather hire someone else than promote internally.
