      Pros

      My job in test operations was great for a long time. I had good managers, and decent work life balance. That is gone now.

      Cons

      Stay away from Blue. The new CEO intends on setting it up as a sweatshop. The best reason to work for Blue was the former culture, which they are actively working at destroying. While I was initially angry at my layoff, after a few days and talking with my former colleagues, I am very happy I was included in the layoff. At least that way I don't have to see what will happen to a job that I used to love.
