      Super cool mission, you get to work with really smart engineers

      Cons

      Unfortunately it’s super rare to get a clean sheet design work on the New Glenn program. Management is very poor. There are very few managers that actually care about you and your career growth. Difficult to get promoted unless you’re close with your skip

      Pros

      Jeff's going gang busters on creating a space system. Always a cool new project to work on. Really good engineers to work with. Dynamic environment, maybe not for everyone, but things change and keeps it interesting.

      Cons

      Management has completely urealistic expectations, which makes them completely out of touch. It's so far out of alignmnet they are not taken seriously so it's hard to align projects and get resources. But their hands are tied by Jeff. He's the one in charge.
