      Lots of opportunity for growth. A job with bragging rights. Bottomless funding. Pride in the work being done.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Stingy management. Push-over mindset from technicians. Laziness is rewarded. Hard workers are quitting and the company refuses to fix retention. Constant forced overtime and lack of work-life balance.
