      It looks good on your resume.

      Cons

      IT department is an absolute mess, to the point of recently having 5 employees walk out. Most of the team has been cycled out, save for the leaders who continue making the same poor choices that destroy good, hardworking employees. There is also very little effort put into diversity, if you are not a cisgender, straight, white, male with an MBA, you will likely not get ahead here.
