      Great people, flexible schedule and easy to grow your career.

      Cons

      Too many politics, management is slow to take action on issues, and leadership is focused on the wrong issues. Management does not have much interest in being involved on the production floor.

      Pros

      It’s an exciting company to work for. Can be fulfilling work. The CEO has changed since I was there and I think the new CEO has the potential to really improve the company.

      Cons

      When I was there it became really hard to get things done for a supporting department. There was a lot of poorly planned and executed processes that just slowed teams to a halt. Micro-managing by upper management stifled progress. Unclear responsibilities on cross-functional projects.
