Blue Origin reviews

Leadership aways sways to the whims of Bezos, who thinks if it works for Amazon, it works for Blue Origin. People are so in love with that massive paycheck, they give up a lot of integrity and work/life balance. It deeply bothered me that, in my late 40s, I was the oldest engineer on my program.

Some amenities and benefits not up to par with tech in the area. Lots of great work means they're spread thin sometimes. Too many company values makes it messy. Timelines can be detached from reality sometimes.
